I have downloaded the patcher and already downloaded themes but every time I select the theme, it says that “theme could not load because one on the needed theme files cannot be found.” can somebody help me through this?

Hello, i have downloaded and installed when iam adding themes to desktop not working any of theme.

will you tell me how to do it and i am the sub user in one pc. if i install the theme will it take effects in to all users.
To effects theme to all users how to do it.
