How to Turn Off User Account Controls

Just remember that you are removing a level of security by disabling User Account Control alerts, also you will also disable Internet Explorer’s security “protected mode.”

If you are fine with that, you can turn the Account Controls off by opening User Accounts which is in the Control Panel and select the last option in the main window.
