If you have the right graphics hardware, you will be able to use the Flip 3D windows-switching command.

Press Windows + Tab to activate Flip 3D. For mouse-only use, just make a desktop shortcut. To do this Right-click on the desktop and select the New and shortcut options. Type “RunDll32 DwmApi #105″ in the location field, then click Next to name the shortcut.

Customize your Taskbar and Start Menu

Right-click on the start menu icon, then find its Properties window.
Click on the Start option and the Customize button to find the options for tweaking the main menu.
Select the Run command , select the default browser and e-mail clients you want, and remove unwanted elements from the menu.
Select the Taskbar tab in Properties then click the bottom link to get help with customizing the taskbar and links to those options.

Right click the Desktop then select the option Personalize
Click the option Desktop Background
Pick a desktop background from options given or click Browse and select one of your own
Then Click OK
